The Wellness Philosophy
Move2wellness is an extention of the lifestyle I have been living, following and promoting for a few years now and for the years to come. I have been striving for a life which is more fulfilling, moe healthy and nutritious, more physical and more emotional, from the need to to be in the outdoors where I am more to be able to experince the openness and mother nature and get the fresh air that is so hard to find within the cities walls, to be free of schedules, time limits, routine and enclosed spaces, to be able to challenge myself physically and to understanding the emotional baggage that I have carried with me for so long. I have been juicing everyday for a few years now making sure that I get my vitamins, minerals and nutrients in everyday and making sure that every meal I eat is nutritious, and that what goes into my body fuels it in a healthy and energetic way.
Along this journey I have learnt and accepted that one cannot always travel it alone nor do we always have the tools to do it.
It started with the journey into calisthenics and relearning how to move, how to push my mind and push my body into doing things I didnt think i could do again and things i never knew I could do. With this my own facility was started. From that began the journey of coaching to get to know my true self again.
From the need to be outdoors I stepped into the world of hiking where I was able to rediscover the world I had forgotten and had missed so much.
My vision is to be able to share my journey and my knowledgve and be able to create a platform for others to be able to learn the tools to be able to rediscover themselves and their journey, to be able to change what they do not like and to challenge themselves.
I have found that through wellness and mindfulness we find the tools to understanding. This i would like to share with everyone around me and to all those that need and want a new start in life or a sign that life is amazing and needs to be lived to the fullest with the best that they can be!
